The overall product is good. However, mine arrived broken in two places and rather than send it back and await a replacement, I repaired the unit myself.
I would suggest threaded rod be used, extending from top to bottom rather than short threading at each mount point. This way it would give the construction more over all support. Two of the threaded posts on mine were torn completely away.
Lastly, the bottom of the lamp is open to give easy access to changing the bulb. It also provides easy access to bees building nests and dust and dirt accumulating within the glass globe much more quickly. I fitted mine with a piece of
Plexiglas so as to keep out unwanted pests and dirt.
Overall, I love this product and would recommend it to others with my suggestions in mind.

I purchased three of these. Two were hung on each side of the garage and a third on the entrance to my breezeway. They look beautiful and I would buy them again. I went to my local light store and they couldn't come anywhere near to matching this price.
Service and delivery comments:
One light arrived broken. I don't know whether it was broken in delivery or at the factory. However, I called customer service and was assured they would send me another even though it was "nonreturnable". Voila a new one arrived several days later. I'm very pleased with the customer service and would use this outfit again.

We were looking for new outdoor lights to go with our new siding, and the offerings from the local hardware stores were limited. We had 5 lights to install, and didn't want to spend too much, but everything they had was too plain. These lights are pretty well built (better than a similar priced light from the local store) and came well packed right to our door. I couldn't be happier.
